Eu4 downloaded workshop but files not downloading






















Tried to download a couple mods from Steam Workshop. They don't download, I read online most people have to open the game and exit a couple times before the mods appear. I've done that. I've started and exited the game multiple times, logged in and out of Steam. Played EU4 for a couple hours. Nothing, I've even tried restarting my computer.  · For the past few days the Steam Workshop has not installed any mods. I have subscribed to a few and it will instantly say that the mod is downloaded in the Downloads menu but will not appear in game.
